Payment:

Clay Street Wholesale accepts payments through direct wire transfer, business checks, money orders and personal checks. Credit card acceptance is planned but currently not accepted.

No order will be shipped untill payment has cleared with our bank and funds have been posted to our account.

We are not responsible for charges impossed by your financial intstitution for returned checks. There is a $35.00 fee for returned checks. If your check is returned one time we will no longer accept checks from you. You will need to wire transfer funds or pay by money order after that point. We will send you the coordinates for wire transfer with your invoice for purchase.

Terms:

We do not offer any payment terms or lines of credit. Your items will be shipped once your payment posts to our bank account. We do not make exceptions, regardless of the size of the order, credit history, order history or business status. If you only have half of the money, you will only get half of the order!

Shipping:

We DO NOT profit from shipping. The shipping price you pay is what we are charged to ship the item. We do not charge a handling fee unless we are charged one by a supplier. It will be noted in the product description if there is a charge.

Under normal circumstances most items will ship out within 48 hours after payment has cleared with our bank.

Once 12 hours has passed after placing an order for MRE's the order can not be stopped and will be processed and shipped.

Please do not place orders unless you are certain you want the item(s) ordered and can pay for the order. We will not refund your money or accept a return because you changed your mind.

We ship MRE's directly from fresh production at the factory.
