We do not accept returns of food or water products unless there is a manufacturers defect. If this is the case, we are limited by the manufacturers return policy and a time limit of 30 days or less and will not accept claims beyond 30 days of receipt of product even if the product is defective as a result of manufacturing. If the manufacturer will not accept the product for return, we can not accept it for return. We will not, under any circumstance refund any money for any product or shipping costs.

All New items sold on this website are subject to the confines of manufacturer's return policy, if they have one. In general, we simply do not accept returns on any items. We are a wholesale company, not a retail service center and clearing house.

No Used Items sold on this website will be accepted for return or refund, regardless of reason. All Used Items are sold "As Is" with no warranty or guarantee or refunds implied, expressed or available.

You MUST CALL US regarding any items that are being considered for return. We will make a descion based on the information you provide us. We may require pictures of the item(s) in question to be e-mailed to us. The acceptance of information and pictures does not constitute acceptance of a return. The return may and most likely will be rejected.

Under no circumstances should any item be mailed to our billing address. In the unlikely event of a returned item, we will provide an address to ship the item(s) to.
